Cigarette smoking stinks and is also hazardous

Filed under: Self Help — admin @ 2:07 pm

The primary health conditions smoking cigarettes have to do with illnesses belonging to the cardiovascular system, in particular heart attack, cardiovascular illness, conditions of the respiratory tract such as Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (COPD), asthma, emphysema, and cancer, especially lung cancer and cancers of the larynx and tongue.

A person’s higher risk of contracting disease is directly proportional to the length of time that the man or women proceeds to smoke cigarettes as well as the quantity smoked. Having said that, if someone halts cigarette smoking, then these odds gradually lessen as the damage to their body is remedied. 1 year after stopping, the chance of contracting heart disease is half that of a ongoing smoker. The challenges of using tobacco aren’t uniform across all those that smoke. Hazards change depending on level of tobacco smoked, with those that smoke more at increased risk. Mild smoking is still a health risk. Also, it doesn’t decrease the hazards.

I learned a very easy way to quit smoking that I feel every smoker should learn. After years of trying everything, this finally worked. Check out my site for details.
